This short policy explains how RestPass handles information submitted through the current waitlist and hotel interest forms.

For customers joining the waitlist, we collect an email address. For hotel partnership enquiries, we collect a work email address and hotel name.
How we use it
- Send waitlist and RestPass launch updates.
- Respond to hotel partnership enquiries.
- Operate, secure, and improve the pre-launch website.
We do not sell personal information or use these details for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to host the website, store submissions, and deliver email. They may process information only to provide those services to RestPass.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions while they are needed for the waitlist, launch communications, or a hotel partnership discussion. You may ask us to stop emailing you or delete your submission at any time.
